  • Being stressed puts you into survival mode, positive thinking will only work when you are in a relaxed state. Take a deep breath and slow down.
  • If you only take downtime when you are sick, your body will use that to cause you to slow down.
  • You may need a professional to help you get past certain obstacles and false beliefs.
