How to Fix Hot Flashes Without Using Hormones

Think your hot flashes are bad? Meet Celine. When she came into my office I had no idea how bad hot flashes could really get.

Celine woke up feeling hot. She took a shower and felt hotter. She had a coffee and felt hotter. Ate breakfast and felt hotter. Brushed her teeth and felt hotter. You get the point. EVERYTHING made her hot flashes HOTTER.

She had hot flashes for two years, but they were just getting worse and worse. To the point where she was in ONE CONTINUOUS HOT FLASH. Yikes.

Day to day she was managing…but just barely. It wasn’t too bad if she was at home – she could just peel her clothes off. But, like most women, she did not work from home. And when she was at work those hot flashes were really uncomfortable… and inconvenient…. and awkward… and suffocating… and sticky… and sweltering.

So, my job was to get to the bottom of these hot flashes…fix the underlying cause.

I ran a simple saliva test on Celine, and found out she was in Stage 2 Adrenal Fatigue – just as I had suspected. I started her on the proper vitamins and herbs to fix this, plus Celine came in for acupuncture when she was in town on the weekends.

Within ten days of starting her supplements, she was already feeling a difference. Her hot flashes were much better.
