Fat to Fit My Quest with Melissa Curtiss

In this episode of The Functional Medicine Radio Show, Dr. Carri’s special guest Melissa Curtiss discusses her personal health journey. She was able to reverse her insulin resistance and her fatty liver. She lowered her blood pressure to the optimal range, stopped two medications, and cut her third one in half. She became pain free and regained the function of joints which were previously diagnosed with osteoarthritis and in need of joint replacement.  She lost fifty pounds in less than seven months!

Melissa is 62 years old and her mission is to share what she’s learned with as many people as she can so they can learn how to put together the pieces that will deliver the kind of results she achieved and allow them to restore and improve their health. The process can seem over whelming but with a bit of guidance Melissa believes almost anyone become the CEO of their own Health!
