I have some exciting news to share with you.

It’s a personal goal and a professional achievement that I’ve been working on since 2018.

I’ve gone through four levels of advanced training with exams in between, in order to achieve my certification.

Certification means you’re considered a Master and an Authority in this area.

So that’s my big news! I’ve finally achieved my certification in Advanced Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy.!!

In all of Canada, there are only two naturopaths that have this certification status.

I’m so happy and proud to be one of those naturopaths, and I am the only one in Ontario with this level of training.

Of course, with hormones and hormone replacement therapy, training doesn’t stop after you are certified.

There’s always ongoing training to keep on top of the latest and greatest research on Hormones, Menopause, Perimenopause, and Hormone Replacement Therapy.

So, what does all of this really mean?

It means I have comprehensive knowledge of the RESEARCH about hormones.

This is a really tricky area to understand the details PLUS understand what is in the best interest for the patient from a research perspective.

And, it means I have a comprehensive understanding of the ART of prescribing hormones.

There are many different variables to consider when formulating the optimal treatment plan for a patient, and because all patients are unique snowflakes it’s also a very individualized approach.
