Your Fatigue Is Total B.S.!

Yup. You read that right.

As I’ve already outlined in my hit book ‘Reclaim Your Energy and Feel Normal Again’ there are many root causes of fatigue.

In fact I’ve found 14 Fatigue Factors in total.

And today I’m gonna reveal one of the biggest and dirtiest fatigue secrets to date:

Why YOUR fatigue is Total B.S.!

Now, my momma told me to never ever use curse words or she’d stick a bar of soap in my mouth and make me sit in the corner.

(She was very much ‘old school’ with her punishments. Fortunately for me I never got the actual experience of the soap-in-the-mouth…it was always my little brother Danny that got that one!)

So, when I say your fatigue is Total B.S. what I really mean is…

It’s your Blood Sugar.

In fact, Blood Sugar Imbalances are one of the most common root causes for fatigue…

And may be the biggest cause of YOUR fatigue.

Take this 1 minute test:

  • I crave sweets, especially during the day.
  • I get irritable or cranky if I miss a meal.
  • I depend on coffee to get myself started and/or to keep myself going.
  • I get lightheaded if I miss a meal.
  • Eating relieves my fatigue.
  • I feel shaky, jittery, or get tremors if I wait too long to eat.
  • I feel agitated, easily upset, nervous between meals.
  • I have a poor memory and am forgetful.

If you have three or more Yes answers, you are prone to having LOW blood sugar.

Low blood sugar, or hypoglycemia, is a big cause of fatigue.

But, HIGH blood sugar can also cause fatigue.

If your blood sugar is too high it will show on your A1C test.

(Not sure if you’ve been tested for A1C? Get your hands on a copy of your latest blood work and look. It will either say ‘A1C’ or ‘HbA1C’ or ‘Hemoglobin A1C’.)

The A1C test shows how well your body is doing regulating your blood sugar – if your blood sugar is level or if it’s like a roller coaster.

Ideally your A1C should be at or below 0.054.

If your A1C is 0.055-0.059…

Your blood sugar is having a hard time keeping in good balance and is most likely contributing to your fatigue. You are also at increased risk of developing pre-diabetes and diabetes in the future if you don’t get your A1C at or below 0.054.

If your A1C is 0.060-0.064…

You have pre-diabetes. Your blood sugar is definitely not keeping in good balance and IS contributing to your fatigue. Don’t worry! This is very fixable! Your goal is to get your A1C at or below 0.054.

An A1C at or above 0.065…

Is diagnostic for diabetes. Your blood sugar is out of control and is a huge part of your fatigue. Don’t worry! This is still very fixable! Your goal is to get your A1C at or below 0.054.

Besides causing fatigue a higher A1C will also cause:

  • hormonal imbalances,
  • high cholesterol,
  • weight gain,
  • chronic pain, and
  • cardiovascular problems.

Don’t wait until you develop full blown diabetes if you see a test result above 0.054. Start making smart lifestyle choices now to increase your vitality.

The fastest and easiest way to control blood sugar imbalances is with diet and exercise.

But that’s not all there is to the B.S. story.

Stick around. More will be revealed in future blog posts.
