A Sure-Fire Formula for Success… Do What the Functional Medicine Docs Do

I’m going to share something mind-blowingly brilliant with you:

Food should be your medicine – not your poison.

(Okay, truth be told I know you already know this which makes you just as brilliant as ME!)

You probably think it’s impossible to change your diet.

I’m living proof that it’s NOT.

You can do it.

Trust me—if I can do it, so can you!

Here’s what worked for me when I was changing my diet, and it’s the key to success:

Work on one meal at a time…and only one meal at a time. Period.

Start with breakfast. Work on that, and only that. Do an Internet search on “Paleo breakfast.” There are plenty of ideas and recipes online. Search online for “Paleo smoothies” or “fast Paleo breakfast” to get ideas for those days when you need to make breakfast at lightning speed.

It may take a few weeks to really feel like you’ve mastered that one meal. That’s okay!

Once you get to the point where you’ve mastered Paleo breakfast, then move on to lunch and transition lunch over to Paleo.

And, once you master lunch, then do Paleo snacks, and lastly Paleo dinner. It will take a few months to really master the entire routine of a Paleo Diet, and that’s fine!

(Remember, the tortoise won the race!)

It would be ideal to be 100 percent on the Paleo Diet, but believe me—I’m a realist. Most people can’t do 100 percent. So, strive for Paleo 80 percent of the time, and 20 percent of the time you can cheat. That translates into one full day per week (three meals) off the Paleo Diet.

If you’re in need of an extreme energy transformation, work toward 100 percent Paleo to achieve the fastest rise in your energy.

You will be amazed at how good you feel on the Paleo Diet. Now, I’m not saying you’ll have to stay on the Paleo Diet for the rest of your life…just long enough for your body chemistry to really get back into balance. Once that happens, you can make the choice whether you want to stay on the Paleo Diet or go back to your old diet.

With a quick Internet search, you will find thousands of Web pages, blogs, and videos, all for free, to help you switch over to a Paleo Diet.

Make a promise to yourself starting today:

Stop feeling lousy…rotten…awful…crummy…miserable…terrible…crappy.

Find a good Functional Medicine doctor to help you get to the root cause of your health problems.

Like I always say:
