- How can we use Feng Shui? What are some tactics we can use for our home?
- Is there a specific area of our home that has to do with health?
Key Points made by Cathi:
- We live in a world of duality – yin and yang.
- There are five kinds of energy that exist in the world – water, wood, fire, metal and earth.
- These energies can be related to our health – physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
- Feng Shui is where science meets art – where the invisible meets the visible – and a very individualized approach to energy healing.
- Feng Shui is one of the oldest forms of medicine in the world. You don’t need to ‘believe’ in Feng Shui for it to work.
- What you have in your environment is affecting you whether you know it or not.
- Clutter is not really a part of Feng Shui, but what you should think about is what is causing an obstacle in your life will impact your health.
- Clutter can be very draining to your energy, and to your health.
- Plants that are dying are a reflection of energy that is spiraling down and weakening your health.
- Surround yourself with pictures of nature that are elevating and inspiring. Make sure they contain all 5 elements – wood, fire (sun, orange flowers), water, metal (round shapes, metal objects) and earth (terracotta pots).
- Pictures of trees can help you feel stable, rooted, and suggest growth.
- Plants should always be healthy, not sickly or dying.
- Clocks should always be working and not stuck in time.
- In Feng Shui the east part of your home is linked with your health, but it’s much more complicated and involves your date of birth and other numbers.
- There are four locations specific to YOU based on your birth date and time that affects your health. The same can be said about your success and wealth.
- You must not have any electrical appliances where you sleep. Even a TV that’s off is still generating an electrical charge that impacts your health and healing.
- Space clearing is another way of moving energy and cleansing the energy.
