  • The one resource you require everyday is oxygen. Most people are not breathing properly and breathe shallowly from their chest instead of their belly.
  • You can decrease your stress and increase your energy simply by taking 5 deep lower belly breaths any time.
  • Breathe in through your nose for a 4 count, hold it for a 2 count, and then breathe out through your mouth for an 8 count.
  • If you’re feeling tired drink a big glass of water – over 85% of us are chronically dehydrated.
  • Drink at least half your body weight in ounces of water. Keep a water bottle on you at all times.
  • Take 5-10 minutes every day and practice meditating – visualize your perfect day.
  • A 20 minute meditation is the equivalent of an hour of sleep.
  • Live an inspired life. Do things that challenge you to try new things and that will stretch your comfort zone.
  • Read for personal development.
  • Always eat for sustained energy instead of for instant gratification.
  • Whenever you eat ask yourself “how will this affect my energy now and three hours from now”.
