The Worst Thing You Could Do If You Have Fatigue…

All the researchers are talking about it these days—inflammation.

What is inflammation exactly? Think about if you sprained your ankle. What would you notice? Swelling, redness, pain, heat. These are the four cardinal signs of inflammation.

But what does that have to do with fatigue?

The more inflammation you have, the more cortisol your body produces, at the expense of the hormones. You end up with hormonal imbalance, often including thyroid imbalance. And that leads to fatigue.

Maybe you’ve heard that researchers are finding chronic low-grade inflammation to be the underlying reason for so many of today’s chronic diseases. Like arthritis, osteoporosis, obesity, heart disease, and diabetes.

One of the worst things you can do when you have fatigue is eat foods that create more inflammation.
